directly and submit their requests if any. In all cases, it is the warranty
service provider’s responsibility towards the customer to provide the warranty
service and apply the rules and regulations.

stop the Free Delivery Service on some products without a prior notice if there
is no impact on the General Warranty Policies.
6. Dead Pixel Warranty Policy:
The policy for replacing screens and devices that contain dead pixel defects varies from one company to another
In most companies, the warranty-positive manufacturing defects in screens are calculated for more than 4 dead pixels, so that the screen is accepted in the warranty
Refer to the warranty and usage booklet for your screen upon purchase to clarify the warranty policy for dead pixels, or you can search Google
for the name of the manufacturer of your screen as an example (ASUS DEAD PIXEL POLICY)
** might require longer period for out-of-warranty repairs
depending on the spare parts required.
*** Fair usage and depreciation are calculated at 5% for each month
that passes from the date of purchase given that their value does not exceed
80% of the product’s value.
If the invoice has been lost, is there a possibility of exchange, return, or benefit from the warranty?
Unfortunately, without the original invoice, we apologize for not being able to complete the return, exchange, or reprint of the invoice (in keeping with the policy of the company). The device will be repaired for an extra fee, and you will be notified by the maintenance center.
